Who we are

Steve's Intercom Shop is an independent intercom sales, repair and installation business based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. We specialize in residential and apartment intercom systems — both hard-to-find discontinued equipment and new replacement systems.

Our technicians have more than 35 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing and installing intercom systems.

What we do

• Parts and systems: new, refurbished and used intercom master stations, room and door speakers, faceplates, transformers and accessories. Every product page states the item's condition (new, refurbished or used).
• Mail-in repairs: send in your master station and we will evaluate and repair it. See Repairs & Troubleshooting for pricing and instructions.
• Local service and installation: home and commercial intercom, entry and access control work in our New Jersey service area. See Local Service & Installation.
• Help choosing parts: email or text us a photo of what you need to replace and we will reply with the options that fit your system.

Steve's Intercom Shop is an independent business. We are not owned or operated by NuTone, Broan-NuTone, M&S Systems, Aiphone, Intrasonic, Valet or any of the other manufacturers whose products we sell or service. Brand names and model numbers are used to identify products and to show which parts work with your system.
